Terms of Service

Haznox lets you create, AI-generate, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms you connect (currently Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X), review basic performance metrics for the posts you publish through it, and manage a media library and brand assets. Features available to your account may depend on your subscription plan and remaining credit balance.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into these Terms and to manage the social media accounts you connect.

Connecting a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X account authorizes Haznox, through each platform's own OAuth process, to publish content and read basic metrics on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant during that authorization. You represent that you are authorized to connect and manage each account you link. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, and Haznox is not responsible for actions that platform takes on your account (including suspension, restriction, or removal of content) independent of Haznox. You can disconnect any connected account at any time.

You retain ownership of the content, media, and brand assets you upload or create using the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create, generate, schedule, or publish through Haznox, including ensuring it complies with applicable law and with the terms, community standards, and advertising policies of each platform you publish to. You must have the necessary rights to any media you upload.

Haznox's AI text and image generation features use third-party AI providers to produce suggested captions, copy, hashtags, or images from your prompts. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and is provided as a starting point for you to review and edit — you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it, and for how it is ultimately used. Generating content consumes credits from your account's plan allowance.

When you schedule a post, Haznox attempts to publish it to each selected platform at the time you specify, and will retry a failed platform target according to the Service's normal retry behavior. A post may be delivered successfully to some of its target platforms and not others ("partially published") if one platform fails while others succeed; Haznox surfaces this status so you can review and retry it.

Haznox depends on APIs operated by Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, AI providers, and our payment and infrastructure vendors. These third parties may change, rate-limit, restrict, or discontinue their APIs, or experience their own outages, at any time and without notice to us. Haznox is not responsible for publishing failures, delays, data unavailability, or feature limitations that result from a third-party platform or provider's own behavior, changes, or downtime.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates a connected platform's terms or policies.
• Connect a social media account you are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior on a connected platform.
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the Service's AI generation features to produce content that violates a third-party AI provider's own usage policies.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Razorpay, our payment processor. Feature access and AI generation credits are tied to your active plan. Fees are described at the time of purchase; cancelling a subscription takes effect according to the cancellation flow presented in the app at the time. Haznox does not receive or store your full card or bank details — those are handled directly by Razorpay.

Haznox and its licensors own the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. As stated in Section 4, you retain ownership of the content and media you provide or generate through the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including outages of the third-party platforms and providers described in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by law or by a connected platform's own enforcement action against content published through Haznox. You may stop using the Service, disconnect your social accounts, and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Data Deletion page).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haznox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of content, followers, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service or from the actions, outages, or policy changes of any third-party platform or provider the Service integrates with.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
